This course is an intense 2-Day course which will cover the topics from the Advanced Accident Investigation (Level II) class in a compressed format.  This class is not a replacement for the Level II class, but a refresher for those who have attended a Level II class in the past and are looking to refresh what they have learned or a preparation for the Level III Accident Reconstruction Course.  


Day 1 - Time and Distance formulas and their respective applications along with airborne formulas.   


Day 2  - Momentum and Linear Perimeter/Crush measurements and their respective applications.  


Students will complete several projects during the course, which may require some time outside of the 8 - 5 class hours.  Students will need to bring their Level II manuals from previous classes along with a crash template and a scientific calculator.  Students should be familiar with their calculator functions prior to class.      

At the conclusion of Day 2, there will be a comprehensive exam coveing the materials presented during the class and from the class projects.   

A mandatory prerequisite for this class is the successful completion of a Level I and a Level II Advanced Technical Collision Investigation course from an accredited source, (e.g. AIRS, Northwestern, IPTM, etc.)
